The beautiful and established neighbourhood of Morrison is located to the east of Old Oakville. Within this neighbourhood, the main green space is Gairloch Gardens – a garden given to the town of Oakville in 1971 when the owner James Gairdiner passed away. The original home remains on the waterfront and is used as an art gallery, with the lovely gardens surrounding it.

The neighbourhood of Morrison is bordered to the west by Chartwell Rd., Maple Grove Dr. to the east, Cornwall Rd. to the north and Lake Ontario to the south. This area contains many parks, schools and trails. Oakville’s waterfront trail continues along the Lakeshore through this area and is known as an ideal place to bike, walk and jog. There is easy access from Morrison to the QEW, Hwy 403 and GO stations.
